If you have a question, please use the Search box at the top and use key words only in your search - for example "calibrate AWA", not "how do I calibrate my AWA"

If you cannot find the answer, then feel free to post a question in the relevant category. If there is no relevant category then please post in Uncategorised, and we may create a new category.

If your question has been answered, or you have a similar question that the answer solves, please upvote it to assist other users.

If you read a question and know the answer, then please feel free to contribute following the site rules.

We have a panel of experts as moderators who will monitor answers and will answer themselves where appropriate. Should the Question be Answered fully, it will be closed.

This is not a discussion forum for opinions, debate and keyboard warriors. However there is always merit in healthy debate, so if a discussion starts that may be of benefit to the community it may be retained and relegated to the General Discussion category at our discretion.

This sites mission is to build an easily searchable resource for the community of users of yacht instrumentation and software/hardware, beyond what is ordinarily found within the resources that come with your systems.

Don't be offended if you get a reply of "RTFM" (Read The F****** Manual). The question will be answered, even if it is only to guide you in the right direction for an answer.

The Rules:

1. No spam or promotions. This Question and Answer site is open and not associated with any brand or manufacturer. Please feel free to point to a specific product or manufacturer where it is on topic to solve a problem or answer a question, but no blatant product/manufacturer promotion/advertising.

2. Please try to post in relevant categories. Messages posted in the wrong area may be removed and placed in the correct category by moderators.

3. Respect other users. No flaming, abuse, harassment, profanity or other antisocial behaviour.

4. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other content without the express permission of the copyright holder/author etc.
