Hi - how do I extract Log data from Expedition so I can analyse the output?

The original post is now out of date with new features from v11. Expedition now allows the user to select which vars in Exp to log:
As for 'triggering' a log file to save, Expedition writes to this log file automatically and continuously and a new file is created at 00h every day.
I suspect that there are read/write permissions issues with C:\ProgramData\Expedition, or the ProgramData file is located elsewhere (check Settings>Files).
