Issue with window popups only on Mesa2

as you're the Mesa go-to person, I have a really annoying and strange issue with Exp on the Mesa2.

Yes, I have also seen that before. However, the "Marks Management" or "Numbers" e.g. are not Windows windows (they don't appear as separate windows in task view) but rather windows within Expedition.
